Delivery takes about 3-7 days within Sri Lanka, and 7-15 days for international orders.

You can update your shipping address easily from your account:

  1. Log in to your My Account page.

  2. Go to the Addresses section.

  3. Click the Edit button next to the shipping address.

  4. Enter your new shipping details and save the changes.

After your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. Use it on the courier’s website to see your package status.

Returns are accepted only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. Contact us within 7 days to arrange a return. Returns for other reasons are not accepted. Return shipping is free only if the fault is ours; otherwise, it’s the customer’s responsibility.

If you get the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including delivery charges.

Please notify us right away if your order arrives damaged. We will help you with a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
